Triple action, triple results. On Sunday September 18 our new mission #KeepAndrosBlue took place, which included a beach and three underwater cleanups.

More specifically, All For Blue team in collaboration with MoM (Hellenic Society for the Study and Protection of the Monk Seal), volunteers as well as Korthi residents, collaborated to clean the fishing cove in Korthi, the beach and the area close to Agios Fanourios.

The underwater cleanups were carried out by 6 certified divers of All For Blue. In total, over 200 kg of waste from plastic cups to tubes, to heavy boat ropes, toys, fishing gear, nets were removed which were all weighed, divided and recorded in the official PADI Aware database.

Our participation in the #KeepAndrosBlue mission contributes to the valuable Life Andros Park program, which aims to expand the conservation actions from the SEZ area of Andros, the bird species of the Natura 2000 network as well as the protection of the Mediterranean monk seal.
