Today, more than 250 students attended the educational program of All For Blue. Students from Mykonos Primary School and Mykonos High School learned about the importance of the oceans through the All For Blue seminar. They showed great enthusiasm for all marine species, especially sharks, and gained valuable insights into the significance of diving in environmental protection.
The students prepared for their participation in the coastal cleanup and learned ways in which they can contribute to reducing plastic pollution. Additionally, they were informed about how they can help protect their island’s coasts through volunteering.
We sincerely thank all the students who welcomed us into their schools, as well as all the teachers who assisted in the implementation of the seminar.
The Keep Mykonos Blue program is carried out in collaboration with the Municipality of Mykonos and the Friends of Mykonos organization, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and the Cyclades Preservation Fund. It operates under the auspices of the World Confederation of Underwater Activities (CMAS) and has the approval of the Ministry of Education.
