What is free-diving?
Free-diving is a diving technique where the diver takes a deep breath at the surface, then dives and resurfaces while holding their breath.

What will we learn?

  1. Free-diving is based on relaxation, breath control, and body awareness.
  2. Practicing apnea and breathing techniques in the pool boosts confidence when swimming in the sea.
  3. It’s a unique experience and an opportunity to try something new and escape from the hectic pace of everyday life.

The event is supported by Garnier.

We look forward to seeing you!
