The ocean needs allies, are you with us?
All For Blue is a Greek environmental organization, officially founded in 2017 by freediving champion Katerina Topouzoglou. The organization carries out international educational initiatives focused on marine conservation.
The members of All For Blue have been actively participating in numerous underwater and beach cleanup efforts for over 20 years, both in Greece and worldwide. The organization’s volunteers include sea professionals, distinguished freediving athletes from Greece and abroad, biologists, and oceanographers who share their knowledge and personal experiences in every initiative.
To date, All For Blue has organized more than 685 cleanup actions, removing over 512 tons of waste from the seabed and coastlines. Additionally, the organization has awarded more than 71.758 certificates of participation to students across Greece and internationally. Through its educational programs, 24 volunteer teams have been established across Greece, each supported with equipment and guidance from All For Blue.
Our mission is the protection of the marine ecosystem. Through both theoretical education and hands-on activities, we aim to expand knowledge, shape attitudes, develop skills, and encourage active participation in addressing various environmental issues. Our vision is to cultivate a new generation with a strong environmental consciousness.
The approach we adopt at All For Blue aligns with the fundamental goals of Environmental Education and Education for Sustainable Development. This involves learning about the environment, learning from the environment, and learning within the environment itself.

At All For Blue, three main programs are implemented:
Education
We organize educational seminars for the protection of the marine ecosystem. Participants can learn about the value of protecting and rescuing the marine environment, understand concepts such as ‘sustainable management’ and ‘sustainability’ in a simple way, and realize what they can do to contribute to the preservation of the marine ecosystem, such as avoiding the use of plastics. Our goal is to sensitize future generations to the enormous importance of the balance of the marine ecosystem, provide ways to avoid single-use plastics, and reveal the truth about what is really happening in the depths of the oceans worldwide.
Participants in the educational program receive an official diploma from the international organization PADI Aware and a volunteer diploma, which are useful assets for their future, as students can use them in their resumes. To date, more than 71.000 children have attended All For Blue’s educational programs.
Hands-on Beach and Underwater Clean-Up Actions
With coastal and underwater clean-ups, our goal is to show participants how to organize a coastal clean-up, act as a team, and raise awareness. Field action enhances student participation, initiative, teamwork, attitude, and cultural change. It shapes consciousness and strengthens the need to protect the marine ecosystem.
Circular Economy
Some of plastic waste we remove from the seabeds and beaches is specially processed and cleaned, then converted into granules and subsequently into bins for all the classes of the school complexes that participate in our actions. The plastics return to the local community in the form of useful objects.
