All For Blue team visited Mykonos Athletic Club today to conduct an educational seminar on environmental awareness. After participating in the beach cleanup at Korfos Beach, the basketball team athletes attended the organization’s seminar and learned more about important environmental issues.
All For Blue volunteers discussed topics such as ocean and shark conservation, the impact of plastic pollution on marine ecosystems, how diving can help combat pollution, and practical solutions that everyone can apply in their daily lives.
We sincerely thank Mykonos Athletic Club for hosting us, as well as all the athletes and their coaches who enthusiastically participated in All For Blue’s activities, setting an example of active citizenship both on and off the court.
The “Keep Mykonos Blue” program is implemented in collaboration with the Municipality of Mykonos and the Friends of Mykonos organization, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and the Cyclades Preservation Fund, under the auspices of the World Underwater Federation (CMAS) and with the approval of the Ministry of Education.
