On October 14, 2025, All For Blue carried out a mission in Rhodes that included three educational seminars and a combined coastal and underwater cleanup.

The day began at the 2nd Primary School of Ialysos, where 260 students enthusiastically participated in a seminar on the protection of marine ecosystems. This was followed by another seminar at the 1st Kindergarten of Ialysos, with 92 young children who listened attentively and engaged in a lively discussion about marine biodiversity and ocean protection, despite their very young age.

A heartfelt thank you goes to Mrs. Tonia Kypriaou, the kindergarten’s director, for her warm energy and hospitality. To our surprise and joy, she also joined the All For Blue community as a volunteer member.

The final seminar of the day took place at the 1st Primary School of Ialysos, organized with the valuable support of Mr. Dimitris Aleplioti, to whom we extend our sincere thanks. A total of 108 students attended with great enthusiasm, asking many insightful and interesting questions.

Later, together with 39 students, the All For Blue team headed to Ialysos beach for a coastal and underwater cleanup. In total, 385 kilos of marine waste were removed from the seabed and the shore. Among the “findings” were chairs, life vests, plastic pipes, fishing gear, clothes, and other objects that sparked curiosity and surprise among the students.

The cleanup was carried out using All For Blue’s reusable gloves and bags, following a zero-waste protocol, while the underwater operation was performed by our team’s certified divers.

This action was supported by Royal Caribbean and the South Aegean Region.
