All For Blue continues its collaboration with Garnier, with support from the Masoutis company, by returning to Drossia in Chalkida for another cleanup mission. This event took place at Vouthoni Beach and involved both beach and underwater cleanup efforts. A total of 46 students from the 4th and 6th grades of the 22nd Drossia Primary School participated, along with 35 students from the 3rd Drossia Kindergarten, joined by their teachers and the younger students’ parents.

The beach cleanup was led by the students, guided by volunteers from All For Blue, while certified freediver volunteers from the organization carried out the underwater cleanup. In total, over 100 kgs of waste and more than 1.000 cigarette butts were collected. Notably, a large amount of damaged fishing equipment was found, along with unusual items such as flip-flops, toothbrushes, large plastic containers, a boat mooring pole, and a corroded surfboard.

We would like to extend a warm thank you to Garnier for their continued support and to all our volunteers who participated in this event. We would also like to thank the Coast Guard representatives for their presence, as well as the Aegean Seals diving center and the Human Wave Project volunteer team from Chalkida for their involvement.
