All For Blue, in collaboration with the Omada Aigaiou, has successfully completed a beach cleanup at Lampi Beach in Patmos. This initiative was part of the 30th-anniversary celebrations of the Omada Aigaiou and involved enthusiastic participation from students of three local schools.

The students attended All For Blue’s webinar the day before the cleanup to learn about the challenges facing our seas and how they can become environmental protectors themselves. This educational session equipped them with the knowledge and motivation needed for the cleanup.

On the day of the cleanup, equipped with gloves, sacks, and a passion to make a difference, students, teachers, and volunteers diligently worked together to clean Lampi Beach. They collected a total of 102 kilograms of waste, including pieces of plastic, a broom, furniture parts, and a large number of cigarette butts.

We sincerely thank the Omada Aigaiou for their cooperation and the students and teachers who honored us with their presence. Let’s continue working together for a cleaner, healthier planet.
